What is damage protection plans for for from GoWarranty?

GoWarranty provides is an unique proteciton plan for covering screen damage, accidental damage and liquid damage in one plan.

How do I raise a repair request?

You can raise service request or call 1800 123 868686.

When does the damage protection plan for starts?

The damage protection plan starts the very same day you activate the plan extending the protection for 1-Year.

How many times will the be repaired?

There is no limit on the number of service requests you can raise against protection plan. We will keep repairing the device till the total costs of all repairs do not exceed the value of the device. However, if for any 1 Service Request, the cost of repairs is greater than the current/last available market value of the device, the device will be replaced. Replacement is provided in the form of new or refurbished device or Gift Cards.

I changed my mind and I want to cancel the warranty plan for , can I get a refund?

The damage protection plan once purchased, cannot be cancelled post 5 days. Please note, once the plan is activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

What if I do not want to avail of the pick-&-drop services, can I get the device repaired on my own?

Yes, you can get the repaired or serviced on your own. Please keep in mind that we have to be informed about the damage BEFORE submitting the device to the nearest Authorized Service Centre.

How will I know if the device will be picked up or if you will send a technician at home for repairs?

This is generally decided based on the category of your device. For large appliances like televisions, we will Co-ordinate with Service Centers and send a technician home based on your convenience. Wherever it is not possible to send the technician home for repairs, we will pick them up and send it to the Service Centre for repairs. If the technician that comes home for repairs is unable to repair the device on-site, we will have it transported to the nearest Service Centre free of cost for repairs.

Where will my be serviced or repaired?

We work with brand authorized service centres and employ qualified technicians to handle your repairs. Our qualified technician would reach your home or take the product to the service centre (if needed) for repairs.

What do I have to pay for repairs?

Can I avail a service if I relocate to a new address?

Yes, you can avail our services provided your new address comes under our serviceable pin code.
